About the Position

We are currently assisting a large property services client to find an experienced Financial Manager to join their leadership team.

The purpose of the role is to be responsible for accurate timely financial reporting, sound financial governance and continuous improvement of the finance function. Key components of the role will include overseeing staff, financial management, statutory and group reporting as well as all compliance, tax, and cash flow management requirements. You will also assist with systems development from a finance perspective.
If you are a qualified, technically competent Financial Manager with a solid understanding of the property industry, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements:

  • BCom Hons or CA(SA)
  • 5 year's relevant commercial experience
  • Property experience
  • Articles would be an advantage
  • Detailed knowledge of all financial policies, procedures and processes, capital expenditure, contract management, budgets, GAAP and tax
