About the Position
A well-established Debt Collection & Payment Solutions Company requires a Sales Executive to join their Sales Team.
The Sales Executive would be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities for the following service offerings:
- debt collection
- payment switch
- NAEDO transactions
- debit order solutions
- payment solutions
The Sales Executive would also be responsible for establishing plans and strategies to expand our client base. It would be beneficial if the candidate has knowledge of the debt collection industry and payment methods used e.g. NAEDO/Debit orders etc.
Candidate Requirements- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of sales goals and profitability.
- Prepares action plans for individuals as well as for team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
- Creates and conducts proposal presentations.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Insures that all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes are met.
- Maintains contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
- Interaction and communication on a high level with prospective clients, thus good communication verbally and written is needed and well presented
